We're All Here dwells in the feeling of inexplicable loss for something never known or experienced. The film occupies the liminal threshold between human and nonhuman, life and death. Camouflage is reconsidered through its simultaneous visual and haptic qualities. Here it embodies the human desire to subjugate the landscape as well as the yearning to be immersed in it completely, to dissolve the line that separates the body from its surrounding.
